The building is set across 2 different blocks separated by the main junction of Brownley Road and Hollyhedge Road and consists of 66 apartments for affordable rent, 39 apartments for shared ownership and 30 apartments for outright sale.
Our client, Gallifordtry Construction (NW) Ltd., gave us the task of providing various Staircases consisting of MB Series 1 Glass Balustrade with Stainless Steel Handrail and also MB Series 1 Glass Balustrade complete with powder coated Balustrade.
We also provided various Juliet Balconies to the exterior of the building.
