Primrose Gardens is a modern, new independent living facility for people aged 55+ in Chorley. The building occupies 65 apartments over 3 storeys with a living room, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and terraced area.
Morgan Bros worked on behalf of Eric Wright Group in the crucial development phase of the project, manufacturing and installing steelwork balconies and balustrades with timber handrails across all sides of the building. We also helped manufacture and install a stainless steel balustrade alongside the staircase in reception.
The project was undertaken by Eric Wright Group on behalf of Chorley Council and Homes England, forming part of their commitment to build more independent living for the elderly.
